A Belleville man has been arrested and charged after a scooter was stolen from a North Front Street retirement residence.
The scooter was reported missing late Monday afternoon.
Tuesday an off duty officer spotted the scooter at a North Front Street business and shortly after, a man was seen riding it.
Further investigation found that the driver was the same man who stole the scooter Monday.
Beau Williams, 33, was charged with theft under $5,000.
