One of two men charged after several break and enters at a downtown Trenton business in October of last year will remain in custody.
Shane O’Sullivan of Quinte West, 43 at the time of his arrest by Quinte West OPP after being spotted on closed circuit cameras at 2 in the morning, was sentenced to 17 months in jail with one year probation on May 1.
He was credited 275 days (around nine months) for pre-sentence custody.
A co-accused, Shawn Hachey, also of Quinte West and 37 years of age at the time of the incidents, remains before the court.
