Over two dozen dental staff helped brighten smiles in Frankford Sunday.
At the Family Dental Centre in Quinte West, more than 75 people showed up to receive free oral health care with their annual Free Dental Day.

“We see the need every day, we have people coming in, looking for work in pain, infection, you know need a cleaning. We know the need is there, so we’re so happy to be here for the community, we’re so excited, it’s so satisfying.”
Monemdjou says the work is more important than ever.
“Our goal is to do one of these quarterly, if we can try to hit up each of our three communities (Belleville, Frankford, Cobourg) that we’re in and get this done quarterly, that would make us so happy. We just wish we could help more than we do.”
Free extractions, fillings, and cleanings were offered to those who do not have access to dental coverage.
