A long-established local construction company is building what it calls affordable condominium units in the west end of Trenton.
Monday Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison and Bay of Quinte MPP Todd Smith were joined by officials from Klemencic Homes Inc. to launch a project known as Hillside Flats Condominiums.
When complete there will be three 3-storey buildings containing a total of 92 condo units at the location on 2nd Dug Hill Road.
There will be 17 one-bedroom and 75 two-bedroom units with prices starting at $304,900 for one-bedroom units and $348,900 for two-bedrooms.
