Pop-up vendors are making their return to Quinte West in 2023.
The City of Quinte West says the economic and tourism initiative will feature different food and retail options along the waterfront path in Centennial Park.
The following local vendors will be “popping up” over the summer:
- Banana Splitz – offering up to 33 flavours of ice cream, bubble tea, milkshakes and more.
- Benji’s Waffle Hut & Beverage Bar – featuring a variety of waffles and beverages to suit any palette.
- The Community Bakehouse – featuring a variety of treats, squares and frozen foods.
- The Forge Wood Fired Pizza – offering fresh wood-fired pizza with unique pizza pies.
- Sweet Deal Food Truck – on site all summer long serving up a variety of summer treats out of their mobile truck.
- ‘Mini’ Pop-ups – a number of businesses are joining the program for shorter two-week sales opportunities throughout the summer. Visit the park regularly to see which vendors are new and fresh.

- SweetLegs Belleville with June
- Trendsetter Canada
- Totes & More
The pop-ups will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesdays through Sundays and on the holiday Mondays July 3 and Aug. 7.
They will run from May 31 to September 3.
