Belleville police say a call to a north end business led to the arrest of a 34-year-old Belleville man.
Police were sent to the location just after 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday on a report of an unknown man who was believed to be attempting to break in to a business.
The man was arrested at the scene.
He is charged with possession of break-in instruments and three counts of failing to comply with probation.
He was held for a bail hearing.
