Charges have been laid following a single vehicle crash in the Town of Greater Napanee.
Sunday evening around 7 p.m., emergency crews responded to the crash on County Road 8 near Little Creek Road, south of the Town of Napanee.
A vehicle hit a guardrail and went into the ditch.
The driver attempted to get back on the road, but in doing so, damaged a private fence and got stuck.
Twenty-two-year-old Logan Heard was charged with impaired and over 80.
The Picton man has a court date next month.
