Lennox and Addington OPP have charged an ATV driver following a trespassing investigation over the weekend.
On Saturday evening, police responded to the report that three men on ATVs were trespassing on private property and they were arguing with the property owner.
The owner was struck by an ATV driver and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
The suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested.
Forty-one-year-old Jessie Freeman of Hamilton was charged with aggravated assault, over 80, and impaired.
Freeman had his licence suspended for three months and vehicle impounded for a week.
