“Returning with Resilience” is the theme of META Employment Services’ fourth annual Workplace Wellness Conference.
The event is being held May 4 and 5 at Isaiah Tubbs Resort and Conference Centre near Picton.
Keynote speakers include Neil Thornton, Michael Shoreman, and The Unstoppable Tracy.
Immersive breakout sessions include transforming team culture, the benefits of virtual reality for wellness, productivity, and soft skills development, neurodiverse workplaces, workplace yoga, aromatherapy as a tool to relieve anxiety and stress, the importance of hiring people with resilience, mindfulness strategies for 2023, and onshore paddleboarding.
Panel discussions will focus on retention strategies that promote workplace wellness and the current challenges and future of mental health in the workplace.
META’s goal is to help communities develop well-balanced workplaces that thrive and allow every individual to contribute to their fullest potential.
