A $2.3 million renovation at Trenton High School highlights the latest building stats report from the City of Quinte West.
Of the 55 building permits issued in the month of March, 40 of them are for residential units.
Sixteen of those residential building permits are for new housing units.
The total construction value from January to March of 2023 is at $48,748,000, nearly double the construction from this point last year.
The large evaluation is due in part to a building permit issued for a new long-term care home coming to Whites Road.
The total valuation for the building permit is $21,605,000.
