Ross McDougall, CEO of McDougall Insurance and Financial announced Monday that they have merged with Rayburn Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Rayburn operates out of Tweed and has a history dating back 101 years.
With the merger, McDougall Insurance and Financial now has 42 offices in Eastern Ontario, the Ottawa Valley, Central Ontario and Western Ontario with 450 employees with over $500 million in property casualty premiums.
Rayburn Insurance Brokers Ltd. employees will remain with the organization and their branch office location will continue.
CEO Ross McDougall says they have a long-standing and excellent relationship with current owner Adam Woolfrey and his father Paul Woolfrey and are delighted to have them join the McDougall team.
