Another local resident is celebrating a lottery win.
April Abrams of Belleville won $250,000 with an OLG Instant 25x Multiplier scratch ticket.
Abrams, a retail worker, says she’s never experienced anything like this. “I couldn’t believe it. I showed my father-in-law, he said I’m very lucky. I called my husband, who was at work, and he was on cloud nine!”
She plans to pay off some bills, complete some home renovations, take a trip to Calgary and invest her winnings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Shop N Joy on College Street in Belleville.
