Fraud, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime & Breach of Probation – Arrest
On March 27, 2023 at 9 p.m., Belleville police located a male in the area of Dundas Street East and George Street who they were investigating for fraud, possession of property obtained by crime, and breach of probation. As a result of their investigation, police arrested 40-year-old Leo Quinlan of Belleville. Quinlan was charged with the above crimes. He was released on an undertaking and given a court date in April 2023.
Female Attends Court with a Knife and is Arrested
On March 27, 2023 at 11:25 a.m., a 38-year-old female from Belleville attended the Quinte Court House in possession of a knife. She was arrested in the Court House by special constables and charged with fail to comply with release order and possession of a prohibited weapon. She was transported to the Belleville Police Service where she is being held for bail.
Arrest on Warrant – Surety Revoke
On March 27, 2023 at 3 p.m., police located and arrested a 33-year-old male from Tyendinaga who was wanted on a surety revoke warrant with the Belleville Police Service. The male was arrested and transported to the Belleville Police Service where he is being held for bail.
