The windstorm Saturday and Sunday knocked out power to over 50,000 homes and businesses in southern Ontario and Quebec.
And now Environment Canada has released information on just how powerful some of the wind gusts were.
Locally, at Point Petre in southern Prince Edward County wind speeds peaked at 92 kmh, or 57 mph, Saturday.
The highest wind speeds in Ontario were recorded at Hamilton Airport at 103 kmh followed by Windsor Airport at 98 kmh.
