Domestic Mischief
On March 22, 2023 at 5:45 p.m., Belleville police attended an address in the central region of the city regarding an unwanted person. Upon arrival on scene, officers learned that the caller’s ex-partner had shown up at the residence unwanted and had caused damage to the door while forcing her way inside. As result of the investigation, a 51-year old female was charged with domestic mischief and released on an undertaking with a court date of April 17, 2023.
Theft and Breach of Probation
On March 22, 2023 at 7:30 p.m., Belleville police were called to a Bell Boulevard business regarding a shoplifting suspect who had fled the store. Officers located the suspect a few blocks away and he was arrested. The male was additionally found to be on two current probation orders which he was breaching. Nathan Irwin, 34 years old of Belleville was charged with theft under $5000 and two counts of breaching his probation. Irwin was released on an undertaking with an April 20 court date.
