A 21-year old Belleville woman has been charged following a fraud investigation.
Tuesday afternoon, city police were called to a Bell Boulevard business for a fraud in progress.
A woman was using fake identification at several cell phone providers.
Haley Podniewiez was charged with two counts of obtaining fraudulent credit, uttering a forged document, fraud, along with identity theft and fraud and obstructing police.
She had an April 27 court date.
