More public consultation sessions for Prince Edward County’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan begin this week.
The Master Plan is a long-range planning document that will assist the County in managing the direction of parks, open spaces, programs, events, facilities and amenities in a cost effective and sustainable manner.
The plan will guide investment in the County’s parks, recreation, trails and sports system and be used to help with annual budget development, future planning and preparation of development charges.
There will be a virtual session followed by two in-person consultations:
- Wednesday, March 22 from 12 – 1:30 p.m. – Virtual consultation. You must RSVP to reserve your spot for this meeting. Once you have RSVP’d, a link to the meeting will be sent to you the day of the meeting. Click here to reserve your spot for this meeting.
