A driver has suffered life-threatening injuries after a single-vehicle collision on Highway 401 at Glen Miller Road.
Quinte West OPP responded to a traffic complaint on the 401 around 6 p.m on Wednesday.
The complaint originated from Northumberland County.
Officers spotted the vehicle before witnessing the driver lose control of the vehicle and collide with a ditch.
A 22-year-old driver from Toronto was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
An investigation is ongoing with help from the Technical Collision Investigators and Reconstruction.
