The Belleville Senators are home from a successful three-game road trip where they took four of a possible six points. However, their stop at CAA Arena will be short.
Belleville hosts the Utica Comets tonight (Wed) at 7:05 then leave for Cleveland Ohio for a pair of games this weekend against the Monsters.
A recent surge by the B-Sens which includes points in five straight games moves them within one point of fifth place Laval and the final playoff spot in the AHL’s North Division.
The Rocket have one game in hand. Belleville has 13 games remaining in the regular season.
The B-Sens are 0-3-2 against the second place Comets this season including a 4-3 overtime loss in Utica on March 10.
