A 37-year-old male is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing Wednesday following a domestic incident in Tweed.
Monday night around 9:30, Central Hastings OPP responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence Monday night around 9:30.
As a result of the investigation an arrest warrant was sought, and shortly after, the accused was arrested and charged with domestic assault, uttering threats and failure to comply with release order.
