The City of Belleville’s Planning Committee has approved a recommendation on the next phase of the Potter’s Creek subdivision.
The next phase of Potter’s Creek would facilitate the development of 44 housing units, including 35 single-detached dwellings and nine townhouse dwellings.
A total of 3.19 hectares of land is being used for Potters Creek Subdivision Phase 9B while another 1.29 hectares for the other remaining lands is owned by the another applicant.
There are plans for future development with the remaining land.
The recommendation will now be brought to city council for final approval at a future date.
