A sexual assault at Belleville General Hospital is under investigation.
Belleville police were dispatched to the hospital’s Emergency Room around midnight on Thursday, March 2.
The assault allegedly took place in a public area on hospital property.
The Criminal Investigations Division and Forensic investigations Unit were called to assist with the investigation.
Police have no suspect description at this time.
