Friday and Saturday’s snowstorm hit the Quinte region hard.
According to Environment Canada and readings taken at CFB Trenton as of 11 in the morning Saturday, 31 cm of heavy wet snow had fallen locally.
That translates to just over 12 inches.
The Quinte region’s snowfall total was one of the highest in Ontario.
