Belleville Police continue to investigate but say the death of a person in downtown Belleville Thursday night is not considered suspicious.
Officers assisted EMS regarding a person who was in medical distress in the area of Bridge Street United Church just after 10:30 p.m.
The person was found to be deceased.
Police are not releasing any further information at this point.
