The Prom Project is making a return thanks to a new partnership.
My Sister’s Boutique is relaunching the initiative with the help of The Children’s Foundation and the Quinte Mall.
Prom Project, previously organized by the Hastings and Prince Edward Learning Foundation, helps students facing socioeconomic challenges by providing them with gently used formal wear free of charge.
From now until April 15, 2023, My Sister’s Boutique will be taking donations for gently used formal wear including dresses, suits, dress shirts, ties, shoes, or accessories such as jewellery, belts, and clutches.
There will also be Prom Project giveaway days taking place in April allowing students the chance to get their attire free.
The following giveaway days will take place at the My Sister’s Boutique location in the Quinte Mall.
• April 20 & 21, 2023 – 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• April 22, 2023 – 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• April 23, 2023 – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
