OPP charged a Bancroft resident with assault following an altercation on the weekend.
Bancroft OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the town just before 9 a.m. on Saturday.
Investigation led to the arrest of 27-year-old Jonathan Vititoe.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in a Bancroft court on March 14.
