Assault charges have been laid after a dispute between neighbours in Frankford.
Quinte West OPP responded to a residence on Mill St. around 5:30 p.m on January 26.
Police say a female victim suffered serious injuries after an altercation with a neighbour.
Fifty-year-old Michael Steele from Frankford was charged with aggravated assault and assault.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on February 23.
