The days of high temperatures sitting around the freezing mark, and drizzle, rain, and ice pellets are over.
Winter is still here and our meteorologist Kevin Williams tells us an arctic air mass will be here by week’s end.
” … a classic arctic air mass and with snow pack in place and expected to remain in place, that’s going to help refrigerate the air. How cold is it gonna get? Well there are some indications that temperatures in at least parts of our area could fall as low as minus 30 by Saturday morning.”
