A crash in east end Belleville has led to charges against a 39-year-old Belleville man.
Around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, emergency vehicles responded to the report of a crash at Highway 2 and Old Kingston Road.
The vehicle left the roadway and struck a light pole, rendering the vehicle undriveable.
The driver failed a roadside screening and refused to provide breath samples at the police station.
Adam Davis has been charged with impaired and failing to comply with a demand.
