Quinte Health is looking for new members to fill out its volunteer Board of Directors in the near future.
The board will need four new members and applications are now being accepted.
Board Vice-Chair Lisa O’Toole says her experience on the board has been very rewarding, adding there’s never been a time when governance of a hospital system has been more challenging and interesting.
“Quinte Health has just launched a new strategy and that includes a shared purpose of creating healthier communities together and the board is a big part of that and plays a meaningful role.”
Quinte Health board members are expected to have previous experience on boards and have basic financial competency.
