The public will have one last chance to comment before a decision is made on a new condominium development proposed for Brighton’s Gosport neighbourhood.
The development would be on Elgin Street and feature 32 condominium units in seven three-storey and one two-storey quadruplex buildings.
Following the meeting tonight Brighton planning staff will bring a recommendation report back to council for a final approval decision.
