The deadline to file a claim under the Federal Indian Day School Class Action is only a few days away.
Both the Extension Request Form and Claim Form must be received by the Claims Administrator by 11:59 p.m. PST Friday, January 13.
New claims will not be accepted after the deadline and there will no longer be access to apply for compensation from the Federal Indian Day School Class Action Settlement.
