The Lindsay Muskies defeated the Wellington Dukes 2-1 on Saturday.
Edward Moskowitz scored the only point for the Dukes.
The Dukes got off to an aggressive start, claiming the only goal in the first period, however despite the Dukes shooting 35 times to the Muskies’ 19, the Muskies managed to get a goal in both the second and the third period to claim victory.
The Dukes face the Trenton Golden Hawks tonight at 7:30.
Meanwhile in local Junior C action, the Frankford Huskies topped the Amherstview Jets 5-1 and the Port Hope Panthers slipped past the Campbellford Rebels 3-2.
And in the Eastern Ontario Super Hockey League, the Tweed Oil Kings beat the Deseronto Bulldogs 6-4.
