Influenza activity remains high and while COVID-19 cases are down, there have been two more deaths according to Hastings Prince Edward Public Health.
In its weekly update, Public Health reports there have now been 98 deaths attributed to COVID.
There were 52 new cases reported over the last week.
The current number of active high-risk cases is 67, down from 78.
Four people are in hospital and four outbreaks remain active in high-risk facilities.
Meanwhile, the respiratory infection dashboard shows 24 new confirmed cases of Influenza A during the last seven days.
Public Health is reporting one new institutional outbreak, the second of the season.
There have been 133 cases of Influenza A so far this season.
To date, there has only been one confirmed case of Influenza B.
