A Belleville woman is facing charges in connection with a sexual exploitation investigation with the victim being her 14-year-old step son.
On October 12, Belleville police began investigating an allegation of an adult female luring her teenaged stepson.
Tuesday, the Internet Child Exploitation Unit arrested and charged a 38-year-old woman on charges of luring a person under the age of 16 by means of telecommunications, possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
The woman was released with a court date of January 26.
The name of the accused is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
