Just as a new month was beginning, Correctional Service Canada dealt with contraband and unauthorized items at Warkworth Institution.
On December 2, Correctional Service Canada say the items were seized following a suspected drone drop.
The drone drop was spotted thanks to the vigilance of staff members.
The seized items included 214 grams of marijuana, 141 grams of tobacco, 56 grams of crystal methamphetamine and 31 grams of fentanyl.
