Quinte West OPP have charged two males after a complaint of a disturbance at a Trenton restaurant.
Police say they responded to the report at around 8:45 p.m. on Monday at a restaurant on Dundas St. East.
It was reported that two intoxicated males were yelling at staff, causing a disturbance and attempting to leave without paying their bill.
Officers arrived on scene and located the accused in a nearby parking lot where arrests were made.
38-year-old Artur Taczanowski and 45-year-old Piotr Taczanowski were each charged with with food and lodging fraud and causing a disturbance under the Criminal Code.
Additionally, Artur Taczanowski was charged with disobeying an order of the court.
Both were released from custody and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on December 29.
