Two local teams are taking home OFSAA silver medals in A and AA girls’ basketball.
In the AA league, Centennial Secondary School took home the silver after losing in the final round to Sir Winston Churchill on Saturday.
The final score was 46 to 34.
Meanwhile, in the A league, Nicholson claimed the silver medal after St. Mary’s ended their four-game winning streak during Saturday’s championship game. St Mary’s claimed a winning score of 53 – 44.
