Belleville police are reporting a robbery in the city.
Around 3 p.m. Tuesday, City Hall staff called officers after a person reported their wallet had been taken from them.
The victim had just left a bank machine and had the cash and wallet taken.
The complainant was not injured.
The suspect is described as a white man, wearing a black leather jacket, with a black hoodie, carrying a backpack.
