There is a potential new look for Denmar Farms on Clearview Road near Highway 62.
The City of Belleville’s Planning Committee approved rezoning of the site to allow for “agri-tourism” businesses as an accessory to the farm. Those would include a campfire, hay maze, outdoor photography, tractor wagon rides, a food truck, and other agriculture related retail.
Denmar Farms announced in October that it was permanently closing its Christmas Tree Farm.
The new rezoning recommendation will face final approval from Belleville City Council.
