A building permit valued at $8.2 million for new construction on Quinte Christian High School highlights the October building report in Belleville.
In total, 57 permits were issued in October valued at over $18.9 million.
Of the 57 permits, 30 were for residential units.
The value of the permits are nearly double from October of last year when it was $9.7 million.
The total value of construction at this point in 2022 is over $305 million.
672 building permits have been issued with 509 of those permits being for residential units.
