An Odessa resident is $100,000 richer.
Norman Robins won the money after matching the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in the exact order in the September 20 Lotto Max draw.
The 58-year-old truck driver says it’s his first big win.
“I told my good friends about my big win – they were so excited for me and kept saying it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy,” he told OLG.
Robins says he plans to purchase a tractor and trailer with the winnings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Pop-In Food Store on Main St. in Odessa.
