Jim Harrison has been reelected as mayor of Quinte West.
Harrison received 5,655 votes, about 1,000 more than Karen Sharpe who received 4,664 votes.
Claudor Du-Lude lagged way behind, getting only 104 votes.
Harrison thanked the people for their support.
“I will work hard as mayor to bring council together and reach out to every section, every inch of the City of Quinte West to do our best and make sure that we’re a very inclusive group, a very inclusive council.”
Joining Harrison on the new Quinte West council are
Zack Card, Michael Kotsovos, David O’Neil, Sally Freeman, Duncan Armsrong, Egerton Boyce, Shelley Stedall, Terry Cassidy, Don Kuntze, Jim Alyea, David McCue, and Lynda Reid.
