Sixteen-year-old Nicholson Catholic College student Hunter Sinclair has earned a spot with Team Canada International, a travelling football program based in Toronto.
The team will be travelling by coach to Orlando Florida in December to compete in the 65th annual Pop Warner Bowl.
Sinclair is a linebacker. He has been playing football for a number of years, first with the Quinte Defenders and now with the Quinte Skyhawks.
Although this is an international tournament, players have to pay their own way to participate.
