What started as a vandalism investigation turned into much more last Sunday in Quinte West.
OPP began investigating after a vehicle was damaged in the driveway of a residence. Surveillance video from the neighbourhood showed a man throwing a large rock, which hit the vehicle.
Police knew the man involved and Tuesday arrested a suspect after he was seen in a vehicle.
The vehicle was searched and quantities of suspected crystal methamphetamine, blue fentanyl, oxycodone, and drug paraphernalia were seized, along with two large knives.
Facing various charges is 25-year-old Gavin Galbraith of Quinte West.
