Fail to Comply with a release order
On October 17, 2022, Belleville police responded to a person who was unwanted inside a business in the east end of the city. Officers arrived on the scene, and a check of the unwanted female indicated that she was currently wanted by Belleville police on an outstanding warrant for two counts of failing to comply with a release order. As a result, 38-year-old Marissa Mantle, of no fixed address, was arrested for the warrants and later released with a November 24 court date.
