An alert employee at a Bell Boulevard business ended up leading city police to charge two men with fraud early Wednesday evening.
It’s alleged the men had used fake names to obtain credit cards and police say they were in the process of buying $12,000 worth of goods when the employee recognized them as being the same people that had committed crimes at other locations the business had in the province.
Police were called and both were arrested for fraud over $5,000. One suspect, who is 64, is from Etobicoke, and the other refused to identify himself.
