The cities of Belleville and Quinte West announced the completion of the Sidney Street North resurfacing project at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday.
The project was a joint initiative between the two cities to improve the road with asphalt resurfacing, paved shoulders, new painted lines, and new culverts.
Drain Bros. Excavating started the project in August, and the road is now officially reopened to traffic.
