A man was stabbed and a woman was bitten by a dog after a brawl involving several people at a north end Belleville address Wednesday.
Both were from Belleville and were treated at Belleville General Hospital and released.
Police charged a 19 year-old Belleville man with assault with a weapon.
The incident occurred at 10:45 a.m.
