Police have now released the name of the person who died in a single motor vehicle accident in Shanonville early Sunday morning.
He has been identified as 25-year-old Zachary Loft of Shannonville.
The Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to the scene on Queen Street in Shannonville, just before 4:00 a.m. on Sunday.
When officers arrived, they located a single motor vehicle overturned in the ditch.
The lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
OPP Technical Collision Investigators and a Collision Reconstructionist are assisting with the collision, which remains under investigation.
